Print Guru offers “Hassle-free 07-days Return Policy!” Though we at Print Guru strive to give you a great shopping experience each time you shop with us, if in case you are not 100% satisfied with the trade, you can return your order for a full refund of the products price that you paid for it.

Return and Refund Policy:

We offer a full refund to buyers (deducting the suitable postage and handling charges) under the certain below mentioned conditions:

1. We ensure that you get the completed product very close to what you have ordered. We offer a detailed preview option before you finalize each order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check for spelling mistakes, miss-alignments and placement of pictures or text before they finalize each order.
2. We assure you that you purchase any products directly from us and we will refund to you your purchase price within Seven (07) calendar days of you notifying us in writing of your wish for the refund, together with the reason for the request, with the Order Id and returned to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased that is in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.
3. Refund will be provided by us if and only if the product that is received by the buyer is completely different from what they have ordered.
4. The returned product should reach us within 14 days of the placement of initial order.
5. The postal charges for returning the product to will have to be paid by the buyer.
6. Print products are subject to easy manipulation. Refund will be entertained, only if, the product along with its packaging is returned to us in completeness and there are no signs of unlawful tampering.

8. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise/products are subject to inspection and checking by us.
9. Damages due to ignorance, incorrect usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
10. Products ordered under Discount coupons and other promotional schemes may override “Print Guru’s 07 Days Returns Policy.”
11. Refund mode for Both Partial and Full Refunds is always same as the payment source, i.e the payment mode/ account you paid from.

Payment Policy:

 

If the Buyer’s credit card or debit card is declined, Print Guru will not process the Buyer’s order. In the event where Print Guru must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer must agree to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

 

Shipping and delivery policy:

Print Guru will be shipping your order with a reputed carrier.It takes upto 3-5 business days for shipping to metro’s and cities and upto 14 days for rural areas. You will be informed once your order is shipped, through email and text message or you can check your order status in your Printguru account at https://printguru.co.in/track-order/

Children’s Privacy Policy:

 

Print Guru are concerned about the safety of children when they use the World Wide Web. Hence in consistency with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Print Guru will never knowingly request personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.

If we come to know that the subscriber is under the age of 13 and has signed up without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personal identifiable information from our database.
